We are a process server for more debt related paperwork than any other type, and we act on a daily basis for banks and other financial institutions, commercial clients, solicitors firms and private individuals.
We process serve under the relevant Insolvency and CPR Rules, including the amendments to the Insolvency Act in April 2010.
For our standard fixed fee, your process server will endeavour to make first attendance to serve legal paperwork within 3 working days from our receipt of your process server instruction. In 2011 we averaged just 2.2 working days. We are also able to serve urgently, on the same day if necessary, upon request, and can arrange collection of paperwork etc.
Your process server will make at least one 'out of hours' attendance when serving legal documents at a residential address, and usually more.
Your process server will make 3 attendances to one address, where necessary, included in the quoted fixed fee.
We will update you following each attendance to the service address, and confirm when service has been effected.
You will receive the relevant proof of service in a fixed format, concise, accurate, and fully compliant with Court requirements.
The paperwork we process serve includes, but is not limited to
Process Serving Statutory Demands
Process Serving Winding Up Petitions
Process Serving Bankruptcy Petitions
Process Serving Claim Forms
Process Serving N39, N79a and N61 Orders
Process Serving Interim and Charging Orders
