We are specialist process servers for serving paperwork issued in Family Law and Childrens Act matters.
Many process serves require our urgent attention, and we are therefore happy to undertake urgent serves where required, and can arrange collection of documents from courts or offices if requested.
Your clients hold a wealth of information which can assist us in serving in Family & Childrens matters, and would request that when instructing you endeavour wherever possible to advise us of a physical description (with photo if available), known movements, vehicles driven etc. This ensures that our attendances can be at suitable times to ensure service is effected as quickly as possible.
Your process server will include at least one 'out of hours' attendance when serving your documents, and will make 3 attendances to one address, where necessary, included in the quoted fixed fee. We would then liaise with you if we were still experiencing difficulty in serving.
We will update you following each attendance to the service address, and confirm when service has been effected. If serving urgently out of hours, we can also advise the Applicant for you to ensure peace of mind.
You will receive the relevant proof of service in a fixed format, concise, accurate, and fully compliant with Court requirements. For urgent matters we are also able to provide this urgently by email.
The paperwork we serve includes, but is not limited to
Divorce Petition, Injunctions and Non Molestation Orders, Residence matters, Contact matters, Prohibited Steps Orders.
