We receive requests to process serve all manner of documents, all over the UK. In addition to the daily Bankruptcy Petitions, Statutory Demands, Divorce Petitions, ASBO's and Injunctions etc, we are also tasked to serve 'Gagging Orders' for celebrities, International Freezing Orders, affixing of notices on vast moorland spaces in relation to Planning Applications, letters in relation to surplus funds owing to clients or beneficiaries. Infact, the list is endless........ if it needs personally delivering to either an address or a person, then we can assist.
Sometimes process serves require our urgent attention, and we are therefore happy to undertake urgent serves where required, and can arrange collection of documents from courts or offices if requested. We also accept instructions by email and fax too.
For our standard service fee, will will endeavour to make first attendance within 3 working days of receipt of your paperwork, but we can also attend sooner on urgent matters, upon request.
We will update you following each attendance to the service address, and confirm when service has been effected.
You will receive the relevant proof of service in a fixed format, concise, accurate, and fully compliant with Court requirements. For urgent matters we are also able to provide this urgently by email.
Whatever it is that you have, we're confident we will be able to assist. We are also able to quote for International Service requirements.
