We are specialist process servers for serving paperwork issued in relation to matters relating to property, buildings and land.

Many process serves require our urgent attention, and we are therefore happy to undertake urgent serves where required, and can arrange collection of documents from courts or offices if requested. We also accept instructions by email and fax too.

Upon request we are happy to take photographs of notices affixed to land borders etc, which can be included as part of our proof of service.

We are fully conversant with the required rules for serving companies, 'Occupiers', tenants etc, and will ensure your documents are served on time and correctly.

We will update you following each attendance to the service address, and confirm when service has been effected.

You will receive the relevant proof of service in a fixed format, concise, accurate, and fully compliant with Court requirements. For urgent matters we are also able to provide this urgently by email.
