We typically make our first attendance within 3 working days of receipt of paperwork, and make up to 3 visits within our fee, at least one of which will be made outside of normal working hours when attending a residential address.
Our administration team, after confirming receipt of your paperwork, will keep you regularly updated with progress through our bespoke case management system 'Novo', and notify you of important developments along the way.
Our reporting to you will be accurate and concise, in a fixed format every time, and your proof of service will be fully compliant with Court requirements, and returned to you promptly.
