About Us

Formed in 2003, we are a specialist process serving company offering process serving solutions to anyone with a requirement to serve documents in the UK, and we can also arrange service internationally where required.

 

 

Managing Director, Nicola Ashby operates a very 'hands-on' approach, routinely getting involved in the more complex matters, and utilising her in-depth knowledge of the industry, the service rules, and the requirements of the Courts. She is also the author of the Process Servers Guide, a publication offered to its members by the Association of British Investigators, our industry self-regulating body, and a current member of the Governing Council for the same. 

 

 

The administration office is located in Lichfield, Staffordshire with a team of seven administrators dealing with the daily 'paper flow', liaising with local agents, and keeping clients updated with developments. We have over 70 years combined experience, with some of our administrators having previously worked in both courts and solicitors firms.

Service of process is effected by a team of around 60 process servers who operate predominantly in England and Wales. Many of our process servers have worked with us in excess of five years, and some more than 10 years and our longstanding relationships with them mean we are in a position to offer you an un-rivaled service.

We are proud to hold Director Membership of the Association of British Investigators, and we hold full Professional Indemnity Insurance.

In addition, we are fully registered with the Financial Services Qualification Scheme (FSQS) ensuring all participating buying organisations can use our services with complete peace of mind.
