As all cases are dealt with through a bespoke case management system, we have the capability to cope with even the highest volumes of paperwork cost effectively, efficiently, and pro-actively.

Service of Documents … Personally – We are proud to achieve consistently high levels of personal service, which our clients regularly tell us far exceed those provided by their former UK process servers.
Multiple Visits for one Fixed Fee – Where required, our fixed UK process server fee includes 3 visits to the service address, with no extra mileage charges.
Process Serving ‘Out Of Hours’ - All process server attendances at private addresses will have at least one attendance outside of normal working hours, unless there is specific reason not to.
Dedicated Administration Staff – Our office staff are always available during normal working hours to keep you regularly updated, deal with queries, and discuss specific cases. They also undertake checks on addresses to source residency indicators, source telephone numbers and photographs to assist the field team, and suggest further courses of action when a subject is particularly evasive, or has left the last known address.
Professional Certificates, Statements & Affidavits – All our of proofs of service are prepared in house by our admin team, and then sent to our UK process server for their signature. This ensures proofs of service are in a fixed format, factually & gramatically correct, and with the correct level of information included.
