We call it our 'Standard Service', but our clients tell us our service is anything but 'standard'. We typically make our first attendance within 3 working days of receipt of paperwork, and make up to 3 visits within our fee, at least one of which will be made outside of normal working hours when attending a residential address.

We process serve under the relevant Insolvency and CPR Rules, and you can of course give us any specific instructions you have too.
Our administration team, after confirming receipt of your paperwork, will keep you regularly updated with progress through our bespoke case management system 'Novo'.

Our reporting to you will be accurate and concise, in a fixed format every time, and your proof of service will be fully compliant with Court requirements, and returned to you promptly.
Simply send your paperwork to us by post or email, together with a covering letter containing any specific instructions, or information you think will assist with service, and leave the rest to us.
