Nicci Ashby - Managing Director

Since starting the company in 2003, our Managing Director has always been ‘hands on’, working largely on urgent and international service matters, and volume client liaison. Nicci is the author of the Association of British Investigators ‘Process Servers Guide’, for which she received the Frank Martin Award in recognition and is well known and well regarded within the industry.
A full member of the Association of British Investigators, Nicci regularly assists other process servers in the industry with more complex cases and queries.
Outside of work Nicci is mom to 2 children, and two furbabies, and enjoys paddleboarding, early morning gym sessions, and international travel.

Michelle joined the team in 2008, and has been with us for most of the journey. With over 15 years experience in the industry, Michelle deals with the majority of our international work and maintains the smooth running of the administration team.
Juliette Sandles - Northern Account Manager

Juliette joined us in 2016, initially as a temporary arrangement following redundancy…. And then never left! She now heads up the administration for all our northern work. Originally a Technical Author, Juliette has a particular attention to detail, and is our ‘go to’ person for all grammatical queries!

Hayley joined the team in 2008, and administers all of our Scottish work, and the majority of our field enquiry work.
Cally Larkins - Wales & Remote Areas Account Manager

Cally joined us in 2018, and is tasked with instructions in the more rural and remote areas, where we can sometimes struggle with agent coverage. She is an expert in the ‘hard to reach’ areas.

The newest member of the team, Sydney joined us in 2023 upon successful completion of her Law Degree. She now heads up the London area, the smallest but most ‘instruction dense’ of our areas.
