Our Urgent Service is just that, an immediate attendance where and when you need it. Depending on your requirements, we can provide a local address for you to send original paperwork to, we can accept scanned copies for service, or arrange collection of documents from your offices or the Courts.

 

 

Whilst our urgent service is always subject to availability, we pride ourselves on being able to assist our clients with sometimes as little as half an hour notice, and will do what it takes to get the job done within your timescales.  

 

 

We process serve under the relevant Insolvency and CPR Rules and you can of course give us any specific instructions you have too.

 

 

Our administration team will keep you regularly updated with progress, and notify you of important developments along the way. We will make administration staff available to you outside of normal office hours where necessary to ensure you can be instantly updated when you need it.

 

 

Our reporting to you will be accurate and concise, in a fixed format every time, and your proof of service will be fully compliant with Court requirements, and returned to you promptly.
