The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2022 - effective 1 April 2022

The Family Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2022, made on 12 January 2022 and laid before Parliament on 17 January 2022, are predominantly coming into force on 1 April 2022.

While there is nothing within the rules affecting service of documents by process server, it is always worth reviewing any new rule amendments.
