Privacy Notice Changes to all Legal Aid forms

The Government today announced all legal aid application forms have been updated after revisions to the privacy notices.

The changes affect Controlled Work application forms, together with both civil and criminal application forms.

The old forms will continue to be accepted until 15 October 2022, to allow time for transition.
