Quick Attendance Times

For non-urgent process serving, your Process Server in Medway will endeavour to make first attendance to serve legal paperwork within 3 working days from our receipt of your process server instruction. We currently average  2.2 working days. Attendance can be arranged with as little as half an hours notice for urgent matters.

Out of Hours Visits

Your Process Server in Medway will make at least one 'out of hours' attendance when process serving legal documents at a residential address, and will tailor attendances to the address based on any additional information you are able to provide us.

Multiple Attendances

Your Process Server in Medway will make 3 attendances, where necessary, included in the quoted fee.We will also make relevant local enquiries for the purpose of confirming residency and obtaining useful information.

Regular Updates

We will update you following each attendance to the service address, and confirm when service has been effected. For urgent matters, especially those falling over a weekend, we can also liaise with your client if required.

Fixed Format Proofs of Service

You will receive the relevant proof of service in a fixed format, which is concise, accurate, and fully compliant with Court requirements.
