We are a nationwide process server based in the centre of England, and can effect service of legal documents anywhere in the UK. We are available for all your process serving requirements, including urgent work, and are fully conversant with process serving all types of documents.

 

Quick Attendance Times

For non-urgent process serving, your Process Server in the UK will endeavour to make first attendance to serve legal paperwork within 3 working days from our receipt of your process server instruction. We currently average  just 2.2 working days. Attendance can be arranged with as little as half an hours notice for urgent matters.

 

Out of Hours visits

Your Process Server in the UK will make at least one 'out of hours' attendance when process serving legal documents at a residential address, and will tailor attendances to the service address based on any additional information you are able to provide to us. We can also accommodate requests for specific action to be taken to ensure service is effected in accordance with any non-English laws of the originating Country.

 

Multiple Attendances

Your Process Server in the UK will make 3 attendances, where necessary, included in the quoted fee. We will also make relevant local enquiries for the purposes of confirming residency and obtaining useful information.

 

Regular Updates

We will update you following each attendance to the service address, and confirm when service has been effected.

Fixed Format Proof of Service

You will receive the relevant proof of service in a fixed format, which is concise, accurate. We can provide both Statements of Service, and Sworn Affidavits sworn before both Commissioners for Oaths, and Notary Publics.
